Refund Policy

Our templates are digital products delivered instantly. Once the remix link has been used, the template has been copied into your Framer account and cannot be returned. For that reason we do not offer automatic refunds.

We will refund you in full if

• The template is broken or does not work as described, and we cannot fix it for you.
• You were charged twice, or charged in error.
• You bought the wrong template and have not used the remix link.

How to ask

Request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@mdtlabs.dev with your order number. We respond within one business day.

What we do not refund

We do not refund because you changed your mind after using the template, or because you lack a Framer plan needed to publish. Check the Requirements section on the template page before buying.

Processing

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear.
