What you can do with a purchased template

• Use it to build one (1) end product — one website, for you or for a single client.
• Modify it however you like.
• Use the resulting website commercially.

What you can't do

• Use one purchase across multiple projects or clients. Each additional project needs an additional license.
• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or give away the template, modified or not.
• Publish it as a template, theme, or asset on any marketplace.
• Claim the template design as your own work for sale.

Ownership

We retain all rights to the template. You are buying a license to use it, not ownership of it.

Termination

This license ends automatically if these terms are broken.

Support

Support covers the template working as described. It does not cover custom modifications, Framer platform issues, or your hosting. Email support@mdtlabs.dev.

Third parties

Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record; their terms apply to the transaction. Templates run on Framer; Framer's terms apply to your use of their platform.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
